- Products before shipment: Orders can be cancelled by clicking the Cancel button on the website.
- Unopened items: If you contact us (phone number: 070-5014-4426) within 10 days of receipt of your order, we will refund your shipping costs (product price only, shipping costs will not be refunded) or replace the unopened item with an item of equal or lesser value. We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have already been opened.
- If the product is defective: We will refund or replace it with a new product at our shipping cost. Please contact us at 070-5014-4426.
Time of delivery
Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after the shipping cost is determined and the order is confirmed, and the products will arrive within 14 days. (Please understand that delivery may be delayed due to inclement weather in winter due to our location in Hokkaido.)
